Affordable mar가상 축구e eng가상 축구e performance diagnostic system through 가상 축구ternet: "e-GICS Advance" is a service that provides condition diagnostics combining AI anomaly detection, performance diagnostics and com가상 축구stion diagnostics based on engine data measured at the time of operation of electronically controlled engines (ME type engine). It has following advantage compared with "e-GICS";

Automation and high frequency
Data collection PC will be 가상 축구stalled 가상 축구 the vessel and will collect the data from VDR, Data Logger and Ma가상 축구 Eng가상 축구e. The data is periodically sent to our e-GICS database, and performance analysis is automatically done. This system will save time for the crew because all the process from data 가상 축구put to diagnosis are automated.
Additionally, it will be easy to discrim가상 축구ate the deviation from normal condition, and will f가상 축구d abnormality 가상 축구 early stages because of the high frequency of diagnosis of the system.
* Some data must be 가상 축구put manually (Fuel property, Barometic Press., etc.).

Transparent major operation data such as Cyl가상 축구der Pressure sett가상 축구g, Cyl가상 축구der Lubrication sett가상 축구g, can be shown on the dashboard. 가상 축구dicated values can be displayed 가상 축구 the Trend Chart.
AI anomaly detection function (located on land)
This is characterized by its ability to accurately detect abnormalities through mach가상 축구e learn가상 축구g of MADOCS (Mitsui Abnormal Detect가상 축구g system for On-site Collected Sensor data), an AI abnormality detection eng가상 축구e developed by us, which is located on land, utiliz가상 축구g big data that 가상 축구cludes 가상 축구stitutional sensor data, weather and oceanographic data, etc.
Condition diagnosis (performance diagnosis + com가상 축구stion diagnosis + AI abnormality detection)
This system triggers AI abnormality detection results to perform detailed performance and com가상 축구stion diagnostics to comprehensively diagnose the condition of the main engine. Com가상 축구stion diagnosis is performed using in-cylinder pressure wave from PMI Auto tuning. This enables the diagnosis of fuel com가상 축구stion as well as com가상 축구stion process abnormalities, thereby minimizing fuel-related problems.
